Private Practice for Psychotherapy

About Me

My Approach

My goal is to provide you with a supportive and trusting environment where we work together as equals. I place great emphasis on:

  • ... a holistic approach: I don’t just focus on symptoms but also consider the underlying causes, your life circumstances, and personal strengths.
  • ... individualized treatment planning: Every person is unique. Your specific needs and goals are at the center of our work, and your treatment is tailored to you.
  • ... a neurobiological perspective: Psychotherapy also means understanding how your brain works. Together, we will explore how thought and behavior patterns develop and how you can actively support your brain in trying something new
  • ... evidence-based methods: I only use scientifically validated diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. This ensures that your treatment meets the highest standards and is as effective as possible.
